EMDR is a way of life and practice at Mosaic Family.
It is trauma-informed care to reduce anxiety, treat phobias, and reprocess trauma of all scales and intensities. EMDR is evidence-based with over 30 years of research and clinical data to provide somatic results and help your nervous system, mind, and body feel better.

Individual care for kids and teens is what brought Mosaic Family into existence and life. After seeing the high need for quality and creative clinical services for kids and teens, Mosaic Family was created.
Madison and Julie are exceptional clinicians with children and adolescents. Ingrid has over 20 years of experience with kids and teens and wants to create a safe place for kids and teens to develop emotional literacy and comprehension (i.e. learn the stuff as kids that is what brings most adults to therapy) through the support and care of Julie and Madison.
With both professional and personal experience, Mosaic Family provides compassionate care to individuals and partners in addiction and recovery.
Alcohol, substance, and sexual addiction are all areas Ingrid has worked in and is honored to walk alongside people as they face and grow through the hard knocks of addiction and how to bravely address it and grow it into a strength and recovery, not negative stronghold.

In addition to those working through addiction, Ingrid also works with partners and families of addicts or those with compulsive tendencies.

What to expect
Living room for the soul

How can we help? It is an honor to walk with individuals in their daily life of challenges, joy, suffering, and growth. I think of therapy as a living room for your soul and life to explore and process your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and relationships. The goal of Mosaic Family is for you to have the safe space to look objectively at yourself and your life and help you grow into your own skin and soul. It takes guts to come to therapy and the more comfortable you feel, the more authentic you will be with yourself and your exploration of the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful of life.

You may be a child, teen, or adult coming to sort out emotions, behaviors, role and dynamics in families, and learn skills that will grow you into a healthier human. You may be experiencing grief and loss, depression or anxiety, trauma, relational concerns, or compulsive/addictive tendencies and our goal is for you to have a safe space to sort out life. During your first visit we will likely kick off our shoes (literally) to begin with an honest conversation to get to know one another and map out what brings you in and where we are going.

The more comfortable you feel in this space, the harder we will both work and the more growth will occur.
